I’m a dedicated, Bristol based, registered Nutritional Therapist who is passionate about helping individuals, especially those with autoimmune diseases like Multiple Sclerosis (MS), navigate their journey to optimal health through transformational diet and lifestyle changes.
As a registered Nutritional Therapist and a passionate advocate for living well with MS, I know firsthand the impact that food and lifestyle choices can have on my health and vitality.
While I hope that MS is the only rubbish hand I have been dealt, I understand that life’s twists and turns can bring unexpected difficulties. Although I can’t alter the path that led me here, I am committed to proactively caring for my wellbeing as health is such a privilege.
MY MS DIAGNOSIS
When I received my MS diagnosis, I felt shaken by the uncertainty of an unpredictable future. Yet, amidst the unknown, I recognised that the one thing I could control was how well I looked after myself – the nourishing food I ate, my sleep and rest, movement, relaxation, and my mindset. This realisation ignited a fierce determination within me. I made a resolute decision – I would not let it define me or dictate the course of my life, and I certainly was not going to settle for anything less than feeling the best I possibly could. While it hasn’t always been easy, I embarked on a journey of discovery, learning, and empowerment, seeking ways to optimise my health and maintain my independence and joy.
My approach
Living with MS has fueled my unwavering commitment to helping others on the same journey. I understand the shock, pain, fear and challenges that can accompany a health diagnosis, but I also know the incredible resilience and potential that lie within each of us.
